Jimmy Carter is at it again, hectoring the Israeli’s about their faults while blithely condoning the outrageous behavior of Israel’s bellicose neighbors – especially the Palestinians. Carter is living proof that Nobel Prize for Peace is as accurate an indication of merit as is an Academy Award for Best Director, to wit, Kevin Costner. Both awards were given in obedience to the then-current winds of political correctness. Only in Carter’s case, the Nobel Committee along with the United Nations and most of Europe are also closet anti-Semites who’ve never quite forgiven Israel for its ability to thrive while surrounded by mortal enemies.
