The fruits of Urban Planning continue to wreak havoc on North Petaluma Boulevard and the adjacent businesses. Though the city has thoughtfully placed a couple of signs informing travelers that those businesses remain open during the construction – the nearly impenetrable row of backhoes, generators, pickup trucks and other utility vehicles lining the street makes it virtually impossible reach the beleaguered tradespeople on the other side.
